Grace Words by King Julius Kwedhi One staggering truth I found in reading the Word of God is when God told His people that they had assumed a form of worship that He did not not only asked them but also He had no thought or agenda, whatsoever, to ask them to perform that form of worship in their worship of Him.  There was nothing strange in offering sacrifice to Jehovah. Nor was there any wrong in offering that sacrifice with fire. Only that this time they didn't offer bulls and cattle and sheep and goats on the altar of Jehovah. They want freedom.  And they want freedom to be away from parents, guardians and freedom from their communities. They want to be free so they do what they want. They go as far as wanting freedom to be away from God. They don’t want God to disturb them and ruin their lives. Young one remember; if you want to be free from your parents, guardians and those taking care of you, including God, there is no way you can live without someone directing you. If you want freedom away from God Satan will take charge, and he will control you so much. You need to choose to either be in the hands of God or those of the devil. "For no lie is of the truth." You can easily dismiss this statement until you understand that Jesus is Truth. And I learned the former statement after closely examining 1 John 2:21-23 and John 14:6. By King Julius Kwedhi My heart cries for my beloved land, Namibia. The land of my people. People peculiar in the eyes of God, yet trash in each other's eyes. Are we any different from Cain, that murderer who killed his own brother? We're even worse. Yes. We and all our leaders in Namibia are worse. We kill our own parents. We kill our own spouses. We even kill our own children. And in shame we shamelessly kill ourselves. We have not feared God. Indeed there is no fear of God in our hearts. There is no love of God in our hearts. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. We try to fix our make-ups for God, thinking we can offer Him our beauty for Him to accept us in the beloved. Or we try to work out for Him, so we build strong muscles, thinking God is looking for men with strong muscles to join His army. God has never asked for strong men, and He surely is done with physical battles, at the closing of the Old Testament, sealing it with Malachi and a long silence that ushered into the New Era of the latest active Covenant, the New Covenant. Simply put, we have nothing to offer God that will cause Him to make us right with Himself. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. (Matthew 7:13-14 ESV) Who is he that is lost except he that has gone down the wrong way; he that has gone down the wrong path? And what is going down the wrong path if not following falsehood? For going down the wrong path is believing that it leads in the right direction when in truth it doesn’t. But what makes the wrong way seem like it is the right path if it is not the pleasure and the safety that it promises? And what pleasure will seemingly be there if it is not through the outward beauty that that path portrays itself with? Beauty is what gets our positive response. What do I mean?
