God Wants You, Not What You Have!

Grace Words

By King Julius Kwedhi

God wants you, not what you have. You have, literally speaking, nothing to give Him. But He has got everything to give you. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

We try to fix our make-ups for God, thinking we can offer Him our beauty for Him to accept us in the beloved. Or we try to work out for Him, so we build strong muscles, thinking God is looking for men with strong muscles to join His army.

God has never asked for strong men, and He surely is done with physical battles, at the closing of the Old Testament, sealing it with Malachi and a long silence that ushered into the New Era of the latest active Covenant, the New Covenant.

Simply put, we have nothing to offer God that will cause Him to make us right with Himself. Many people try the charity way, to match up with or beat Mother Theresa’s record, thinking that humanitarian work will win God’s favour. He never asked us to be champions of humanitarian work in order for us to be made right with Him.

On the contrary, while these acts are good and acceptable in His sight, and are beneficial to men, they do not gain His saving grace. He asked us to believe on the name of His dear Son, Jesus Christ. “…that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” And then He confirms it with another hit Scripture, “Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

That is all He requires of us. To have faith in His beloved Son Jesus Christ. God wants you, not what you have. Stop trying to perform for Him to approve of you. Those things, in the Christian, are a result of His salvation. When you are saved, then you are now asked to do good and loving works of faith. No Christian is exempted from that. But you need to know what you are required to do and to whom you should do it. Seek the scriptures for that knowledge.

Further Scripture Reading:
John 3:16 ESV  "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
Romans 5:1 ESV  Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 2:10 ESV  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
James 2:17 ESV  So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

2 Masters

2 Masters Deut. 18:14  -  'For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.   One of the main reasons Saints of God today are not being blessed is because they are serving 2 masters. And when I say blessed, I'm not talking about money! Atheists, agnostics, homosexuals, luciferians, etc. all can have money without being blessed of God, so get that out of your head. We have been programmed to hear the word blessing and automatically reach in our wallets and pockets, but working will get you money. God does not have to shovel out cash because he doesn't have cash, men do! So, work and you will havemoney! But when I say blessing, I'm talking about, your children being free from the devils strongholds, your marriage being sound and loving, your home being free from witchcraft, your possessions being safe from robbers and ...

Today I Will Make a Difference

Week of June 29 Today I will make a difference. I will begin by controlling my thoughts. A person is the product of his thoughts. I want to be happy and hopeful. Therefore, I will have thoughts that are happy and hopeful. I refuse to be victimized by my circumstances. I will not let petty inconveniences such as stoplights, long lines, and traffic jams be my masters. I will avoid negativism and gossip. Optimism will be my companion, and victory will be my hallmark. Today I will make a difference. I will be grateful for the twenty-four hours that are before me. Time is a precious commodity. I refuse to allow what little time I have to be contaminated by self-pity, anxiety, or boredom. I will face this day with the joy of a child and the courage of a giant. I will drink each minute as though it is my last. When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever. While it is here, I will use it for loving and giving. Today I will make a difference. I will not let past failures haun...
